ARTICLE 1- 2 - BUYER

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the determination of the
rights and obligations of the parties under the provisions of the Law on the
Protection of Consumers numbered 4077 and the Regulation on the Application
Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts concerning the sale and
performance of the services provided by the BUYER on the website www.myantalyatransfer.com.
ARTICLE 3 - AGREEMENT SERVICES
Service types: Transferring the guests from the Airport, Deni Port,
Marina, and Bus Station to the hotel or private address they will go to, and transferring them to the Airport, Sea Port, Marina, or Bus Station on the same day of return.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 - The BUYER
accepts and declares that he has read the preliminary information about the
basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the service
subject to the contract on the www.myantalyatransfer.com
website, is informed and gives the necessary confirmation in the electronic
environment.
4.2 - The service subject to the contract is performed on
the specified date and time, against payment for the service.
4.3 - If the service subject to the contract will be offered
to a person/organization other than the BUYER,
the SELLER cannot be held
responsible if the person/organization that will receive the service does not
accept the service.
4.4 - The SELLER
is responsible for performing the service in full, following the payment of the
service subject to the contract, under the conditions specified in the
reservation confirmation, and following the Service Types established in
Article 3.
4.5 - To perform the service subject to the contract, the
service fee must be paid in the form of payment preferred by the BUYER. If for any reason, the service
fee is not paid or canceled from the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be relieved of the obligation to perform the
service.
4.6 - If the SELLER
cannot perform the contracted service within the period due to force majeure or
extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions, or interruption of
transportation, the SELLER is
obliged to inform the BUYER. In this
case, the BUYER may use one of the
rights to cancel the reservation, replace the service subject to the contract
with its precedent, if any, and postpone the execution period until the
impending situation disappears. In case the BUYER cancels the reservation up to 48 hours before the performance
of the service, the amount paid is paid to him in cash within 10 days, with the
payment method made by the BUYER,
with a refund of the amount paid.
4.7 - In case the invoice delivery address specified by the BUYER is a temporary or anonymous place
(such as a mailbox, cargo office, or post office), the SELLER may request an address correction from the BUYER. reserves the right to refund the
fee collected.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the
right to withdraw up to 48 hours before the performance of the contracted
service to himself or the person/organization at the address indicated. To
exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER
must provide written information to the [email protected]
e-mail address within this period. The support system has been designed to
facilitate the BUYER to provide
written information. After the BUYER
creates the reservation, an SMS and/or an information message is sent to the
mobile phone via other communication channels. By clicking on the link in this
SMS/information message, the BUYER
can reach the support system quickly and make the notification easily. When the
SELLER receives the notification, it
informs the BUYER in writing of the
route to be followed for the cancellation subject reservation. As explained in
this notification, the BUYER
completes the necessary transactions and notifies the SELLER that the transaction has been completed through the support
system. The SELLER is obliged to
check every day whether the necessary information has reached the party.
Following the receipt of the return request document, the SELLER returns the service fee to the BUYER within 10 working days. In the refund period of the
reservations canceled due to the right of withdrawal, to be made with the
payment method made by the BUYER,
the return costs as well as the losses arising from the exchange rate
difference belong to the BUYER.
ARTICLE 6 - SERVICES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CAN
NOT BE USED
Unless the SELLER
clearly states otherwise in its advertisements, advertisements, and website,
the BUYER may use its right of
withdrawal for all services to be performed at any time, up to 48 hours before
the service execution date.
ARTICLE 7 - AUTHORIZED COURT
In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer
Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts in the SELLER's residence are authorized up to the value declared by the
Ministry of Industry and Trade. If the reservation is made, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all
the terms of this contract.
ARTICLE 8 - REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS
The BUYER sends
his requests and complaints to the SELLER
using the contact form on the www.myantalyatansfer.com page or by sending an
explanatory message to [email protected],
and the SELLER responds to the BUYER within working hours and makes
maximum efforts to resolve the problem that caused the complaint.
The BUYER accepts and declares that he has read this contract, is informed, and gives the necessary confirmation in an electronic environment.
